We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the original shipment.

We accept returns any time after 30 days for store credit.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returned items must be in there original packaging in an unaltered resellable state.

We cannot accept returns on the following items

• Plans
• Kits
• Great Northern Beads gift certificates
• Special orders
• Packaged items that have been opened
• Strands that have been cut or restrung
• Any item that is sold in a cut length

To return an item

Include a copy of the original invoice.

Be sure to carefully wrap your items in a strong cardboard box or bubble wrap lined envelope.

Make sure all items are thoroughly protected. Insurance is recommended but not required.

You will not be credited for items damaged in transit. Clearly label the package and send it to:
